Homeowners Associations

Beautiful sunset on St. Croix We work with Homeowner Associations, and their Board of Directors, to provide on-going maintenance of grounds, building, pools, common areas, and physical plants. Upon discovery of needed capital improvements our job is to arrange the necessary bids, plan the most cost effective repair, and arrange a budget for the Board of Directors.

We provide Financial Transparency allowing your Board of Directors 24 hour, web-based, access to all Finanacial records and each homeowner access to their own account.

We are present at all Board meetings working with your Board of Directors, protecting your investment.

At St. Croix Property Management, one of our main goals is to make it simple and easy for the Board of Directors to do what they do best, oversight. Being a member of the board does not need to be an onerous, all encompassing task.
