Realtor® Referrals

Beautiful Frederiksted Many of our clients are referred by other Real Estate professionals who want their clients to be well represented after the sale. Being able to 'hand off' real estate property managment to a competent group makes a big difference in the ownership experience, affecting future purchases. By referring your clients to us we can promise you two things, we will professionally service your clients, and we will never pursue your clients for a sale or listing as long as you are a licensed Realtor® in the Virgin Islands.

We work with co-operating Realtors® in two ways:

As a leasing agent: If you have a qualified tenant that moves into one of our units we will pay to your real estate broker 50% of the leasing fee we charge to the owners. We request that you use our lease, rental application form, and that the prospective renter have a recent credit report completed in the last 60 days that we can view. If they do not have a recent credit report we will complete one for the cost of the report.

Want to relax on the beach? As a referring agent: Not all agents are interested in managing property. But all real estate agents are interested in making sure client needs are met. As you know referring clients to an agent in your office can have ramifications on your business. If the client is not satisfied or if they are not serviced well it will reflect poorly on you. By referring your clients to us we can promise two things, we will professionally service your clients, and we will never pursue your clients for a sale or listing as long as you are a licensed Realtor® in the Virgin Islands.
