Measurements:

Upper Level - Main Floor

Office space. The office space consists of one reception area, two offices and one 1/4 bath. There are two entry doors, one leading from the outside to the reception area, and the other enters into the warehouse space. This entire space measures approximately 19 feet 4 inches by 36 feet 3 inches.
Rollup door with ramp access. The door width measures 118 inches, the height is 119 inches.
Rollup door with dock access. The door width measures 118 inches, and the height is 119 inches.
Enclosed security area leading to rollup dock. Cement pad with chain link fencing (approx. 8 feet high) double gate may allow storage of 2 trailers side by side.
Rollup door with dock access. The door width is 120 inches wide and 118 inches tall.
Stair well access. This leads to roof space and lower level warehouse space. This space measures approximately 10 feet on the south wall and 14 feet 6 inches on the east wall.
Cement support posts. These posts (starting from the south wall) are 14 feet from each other as measured from center to center, and starting from the east wall are 15 feet measured center to center. These measurements are approximate.

Lower Level:

Grade entry rollup door. Doors enters from street on east side of building. Grade slopes from the south of building down to the north end, as a result this door is an at grade entry. Door measures approximately 164 inches wide and 115 inches tall.
Semi-enclose cold storage. This is NOT refrigerated space, instead it allows for 2 window style a/c units to keep items cool only. The door space is permanently open with heavy plastic strips covering the opening. This space measures approximately 30 feet 8 inches from north to south wall and 16 feet 2 inches from east wall to west wall of the enclosed space.
Cement support posts. Measureing from the east wall 16 feet 6 inches to approximately from center of one to the center to the other.
Cement support posts. Measure approximately from the south wall 14 feet 4 inches and then 15 feet from then on.
Stairwell to upper floor and bath. This space measures approximately 10 feet 8 inches from north to south wall and 5 feet 9 inches from east to west wall of the enclosure.
