We work with prospective tenants two ways: You would like to lease one of our properties: This process is simple. View our currently available properties here on our site, and email or call us for a showing. Then, complete our rental application form.There is a $25.00 non-refundable rental application and credit report fee. When submitting the rental application, please provide a copy of a legal ID (Drivers License or Passport). It will take 2 — 3 business days for us to follow up on information you provide to us. From there we complete the lease agreement and provide you keys to your new home. Exclusive Tenant Representation : The St .Croix rental market is like no other market in the US. Most high-density housing is either built as or converted to condominium projects. We are also the host of one of the northern hemispheres largest oil refineries, Hovensa. As a result there is a severe shortage of rental inventory. Most people find themselves looking through ads, and calling every Realtor® on St. Croix hoping to find a home.
